Meet Wendy Weitzel

A proud Cal Poly graduate (Class of 1986), Wendy Weitzel is thrilled to once again call California’s beautiful Central Coast home. After returning in 2019, she’s embraced everything this vibrant, scenic community has to offer — from morning horseback rides through Montana de Oro to preparing delicious meals with ingredients from her own garden.

Wendy’s connection to real estate began early. In high school, a friend’s parents introduced her to the concept of “flipping homes,” sparking a lifelong passion for property investment and design. Just two months after graduating college, she purchased her first fixer-upper — the start of a rewarding journey that’s spanned decades. Over the years, Wendy has bought, renovated, and built multiple properties, from charming residential homes to lucrative rental and vacation properties across California, Oregon, and Arizona.

Her extensive hands-on experience includes managing long-term rentals, successfully running several vacation rentals, and completing several 1031 exchanges. Wendy has also built homes from the ground up, including her own dream home. Her deep understanding of both the emotional and financial aspects of real estate gives her a unique perspective — one that she now shares with her clients as a licensed California Realtor®.

Wendy’s decision to earn her real estate license was a natural next step, allowing her to channel decades of personal investment experience into helping others. Whether guiding first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or families looking for their forever home, Wendy approaches each transaction with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care. She’s known for her local insight, attention to detail, and ability to make the buying and selling process smooth and rewarding.

Beyond real estate, Wendy treasures her family life in Los Osos, where she lives with her husband, their chatty cockatiel, and curious kitty. She’s the proud mother of two amazing children — both graduates of the University of Southern California (Go Trojans!) — and two wonderful stepsons who attended Morro Bay High School, one of whom recently embarked on his own university journey.

Having traveled to many exotic destinations, Wendy still believes she’s landed in one of the most beautiful and diverse places on Earth. Her greatest joy is helping others find their own happy place here on the Central Coast — a community she’s proud to call home.
